I HAVE TAKE A NEW AIRTEL BLACK CONNECTION ON 9.12.23….BUT WHEN THE ENGINEER CAME AT HOME FOR INSTALLATION. HE SAID THE CONNECTION IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO SOME CONNECTION ISSUES..
SO PLEASE CANCEL THIS REQUEST. YOU’LL GET REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS ..TODAY IS 7TH DAY..BUT STILL I DIDN’T GET AND REFUND INTO MY DEDUCTED ACCOUNT.
I CALL HIM YESTERDAY HE SAID THIS REQUEST HAS ALREADY CANCEL FROM OUR SIDE..KINDLY CONTACT TO CUSTOMER CARE…
I CHECKED THIS SERVICE ON AIRTEL THANKS APP….WHICH IS SHOWING STILL ACTIVE PLAN..
SO PLEASE CANCEL THIS AIRTEL BLACK PLAN..AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND KINDLY PROCEED FOR MY REFUND…
