One marketing excutor calling me and he explained about airtel black plan. And he send to me a link for payment iam pay the rs1501. He said to me next day I will arrange a new connection. But next day no one contact me for new connction. Again I call to her. And he said to me there is no fiber line and your payment is also refunded within 7days. My paent date is 11/11/2022. Still now I haven’t receive refund payment. Please solve my problem as soon as possible
