On 12th Aug-23 I paid Rs. 4000 online for Airtel black connection. After few followpups the Airtel Engineer Sagar visited my place and informed that the DTH connection cannot be done due the space and wiring constraints. Therefore I called cusotmer care and cancelled the order on 14th Aug. Then I call Helpdesk on 17th Aug and they asked me to raise a complaint (#125477207) for refund. Since refuncd was not received I again call on 23rd Aug and was informed that the complaint was closed without refund so again raised another complaint (#125609144). Since the refund was not received till 1st Sep, I agian called and they told me that the previous complaint was closed so again new complaint (#125818969).
I am fed up with Airtel not getting the refund is one frustration but above that casual and unprofessional approach of the call center has devasted me. The call center lady Shaba Shiekh even told me that if don’t get money i will have to escalate to Mr. Mittal :).
Can anyone help me for this.
