I paid 4 k at the time of installation of the Airtel Black connectivity, which has both DTH nd Fiber. I paid on the 25th March. I was told that this amount will get adjusted in my upcoming bills for the next few months, if I pay in advance, still I had been receiving bills…
I paid initially and still receiving bills even when it’s the third month running. This month’s bill features 734 /- due, which I don’t think I should pay. The billing department now says that my full amount is already adjusted in these 2 months, so from now on I need to pay. The reason they shared was because my plan was modified more than once,, however, only once, due to the late installation issues, I thought of going with another internet vendor, as I needed it urgently due to my WFH, just un-bundled the Airtel Black plan once, though was re-bundled within minutes as I didn’t want to make it a pain for Airtel neither myself as I already paid. Another reason what I think might be is I had to add Channels to my DTH which might have also incurred the amount, but again it was due to the wrong/false information shared with me by the sales person that all the sports channels and all will be included in my plan, which was actually not the case. Still even though if these 2 factors involve any cost, I am ready to incur but still I don’t think that within 2 months, my full amount of 4000/- is consumed/adjusted.
I have been dealing with this since months and no one seems to be bothered about it and keeps on closing my case without any resolution, marking the closure as ‘Un–reachable’, even when I don’t receive any calls….Airtel team is saying that they can see only 2300/- approx in my account which I paid, then where is my remaining 1700/-?
Want a permanent resolution to this…. Even sent emails to Airtel multiple times nd no responses….
