Text of Complaint by Nagaraju Dasari:

Sub: Irresponsible Airtel Black customer support , because of which I lost so much of money and now I am left out with no contact number as they have suspended my services.

This is to complain about the irresponsible behaviour of the Airtel Black Customer support team from which no one was and is not ready to take up the ownership of the customer’s issue. Coming to the issue I have faced was, I didn’t have broadband Connectivity for 25 days in 1 billing cycle in the very next month after getting the broadband connection. I have got the Broadband service added to airtel Black in the month of March.

Your Airtel Black dedicated support team members cheated and LIED to me on a daily basis for 1 month saying that my broadband service issue will be resolved and my connection will be up and running by END OF THE DAY. After listening to the same dialogue for 1 week I have asked them if it is really possible to resolve it or if I shall go for another internet provider as its getting very delayed to fix the issue. But they still lied to me saying the same thing. I had to spend more than INR 500/- for travelling every day to use the internet at my friend’s place as I am WORKING FROM HOME.

I ALSO WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I SPOKE TO AIRTEL BLACK SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS EVERY DAY EXPLAINING THE WHOLE SCENARIO TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON I SPOKE, TO FOLLOW UP ONCE IN THE MORNING AND THEN IN THE NOON AND IN THE EVENING TO LISTEN NOTHING, BUT THE SAME LIE THAT WE WILL ESCALATE AND THE BACKEND TEAM WILL GET BACK TO YOU. BUT NOBODY CARED TO CALL ME BACK. FINALLY, AFTER A MONTH RIGOROUS FOLLOW-UP I HAVE GOT THE SERVICE UP AND RUNNING.

Now surprisingly the bill has been generated with charges for broadband as well. You have charged me for a service that you have not provided. This tells us how careless and irresponsible and the false practices that Airtel is following. I never thought that Airtel does such kind of cheating with their customers. So, after realizing that I have been in correctly charged, i tried to talk to billing team which was not that successful. I told the customer care executive that I can not make the payment until the issue is sorted.
Why are you encouraging your support to cheat and bluff the customers. Because of your bluffing and false practices, I had to spend so much of money. Who is going to compensate me on that part.

On 13th My services have been suspended due to non payment. Then I spoke to 3 people from Airtel Black support, named Basheera, Seema and last call was with Ajay I guess. The information they provided is not matching at all.. Seema has told me that by making a payment of INR 2485/- my services will be reactivated, I did double check with her if that is really true as I couldn’t trust the support team who is giving me different information every I talk with new person. And the worst part I couldn’t make the payment as there is no Airtel Postpaid Store in Ongole (which is a district Head Quater), Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh. Because of which now I do not have any of the services active. So, Tell me why are you people playing around with all these lies. I am suffering now with all my contact numbers blocked.

Tell me how are you going to justify and how are you going compensate my loss. I need an immediate and one time resolution.

I AM STILL WONDERING WHY I DIDN’T GO FOR ANOTHER INTERNET PROVIDER EVEN AFTER BEING TROUBLED SO BADLY BY YOUR GUYS, MAY BE THAT’S CALLED BRAND LOYALTY.
