It’s not even 2 months I have taken this Airtel Black connection…Every week I am facing internet issues… I am working for a International firm and using IP phone… if broadband does not work, my work is completely stuck… cannot use the phone…24*7 airtel svx is just for namesake.. For technical issues, there is never a permanant solution with you guys… If you cannot provide 24*7 svx based on technical issues, then please don’t push customer to take the connections… Better to take local fiber cable connection wherein we don’t face any issue as such… Airtel is just a brand with 0% svx… Did a big mistake taking this connection… Airtel is least bothered to serve their customers.. Spoke to Vaibhav from Customer svx department.. I have still not received the complaint number.. It’s almost 20mins I spoke to him…
