Airtel black booked on 26th august by Sales man confirmation. So Installation person came and said it’s not possible so they were cancelled same thing get confirmed by Airtel call center. It’s been nearly 15days my amount Rs 4000 is not yet refund. When I tried to reach airtel black again they was saying it’s not cancelled so they were cancelled now and it will take another 7 days to refund.
