I hv an Airtel black connection, since 5 days dth wifi isn’t working and I hv contacted the customer care service no 121 several times but they don’t seem to know what is going on, neither are they able to contact the concerned depts, neither are they able to sort out my issue. I want a refund of my annual subscription 2799/- for airtel black that I recently paid for and I want to cancel my connections. But they are giving reasons for not doing it.
