As per the attached image , in my claimed rewards Xstream OTT is available at no cost till 22 Oct ’23 but I am being charged ₹149 every month by Airtel. I reached customer care support also but no one is resolving the issue. After begging 100 times and explaining 100 times they update the bill by removing the ₹149 amount but again next month they charge me for it. I am also unable to use the service on my mobile. I want to be able to get the service for free as I am entitled to as per the plan and want refund on any amount being charged for it since Oct’22. Pls help
