I have opted for Airtel Black, which offers Wifi Broadband + DTH services. I have paid for the combo plan which I was looking for and said please install Wifi right now and install DTH after 1week. Now customer care executive Manisha is saying that I will have to place new order cost 1500/- for DTH separately. I have paid 1200/- for the plan already, I have been told this will include both Wifi and DTH by the Airtel executive who came to my home for the installation and registration.
