I have recently migrated to one Airtel plan from ACt broadband considering it would benefit me. The migration was smooth and never faced any challenge. However, I surprised after making the first month bill payment. To give a background, there was a consolidatedbill generated and I made the payment online on the same day via Airtel app for rs 1749/-. After couple of days when I checked the entire payment was posted to Airtel broadband. I called Airtel customer care and checked on this and they assured that paymentwill get transferred and adjusted. But it never happened and later have a raise a request. To my surprise this time, the payment got transferred to mobile bills and now it shows as a OS in broad band account. Now I am getting a Alert in app starting non paymentwill lead to discontinuation of service. Later I again called to customer care and raised the complaint( complaint number 121882038) and was assured that it will be resolved. However this time I was not surprised as I know things will not happen and as I thoughtthe complaint was closed without any resolution and eventually I have to re open the complaint via SMS. As I did not get any proper response I have left with no choice other than to pay again. Not my second statement itself got generated and it’s been a month of follow up which went futile
