I had recharged my airtel number last November (2019) with a amount of Rs 1699. Due to an existing plan the recharge was forfeited and on complaining an amount of Rs 704 was credited into my main balance of airtel account promising me that the amount can be used to recharge my account. The validity of my sim will end on November 2020. I tried recharging from the main balance but the option was removed. On enquiring with Airtel customer care, I was told the option to recharge from main balace is removed. I currently have Rs. 834 in my main balance which they said cannot be used for recharging.As a consumer I feel cheated as airtel had promised me I could recharge from main balance. That was the reason too for me agreeing to refund the amount in the form of main balance and not to bank account
