Hi, I was not explained about the billing when I asked for cycle change. However I can’t double billing for month, as I hold 2 postpaid connections.
As per the previous cycle I suppose to pay 299 rental along with tax for both Connections.
I had a severe complaint on billing last year, as I was charged full amount though I was availed the discount on my billing, later when I realized and raised the complaint, then I got reversal.
Since all these issues considered, I am fed up with the airtel services and I have to raise query for every issue to get reversal, hence I want to close the both services.
I will pay the bill as per my previous cycle and close the connections.
Since then I will not make any payments till I get a resolution and I am not responsible for late payments.
