I have received high amount bill for the month Feb’22 which is due on 2nd March,22 and usually i am getting low bill amount and I am not using any extra value added service. Therefore, I have raised a request/complaint at Airtel customer care on 28th Feb,22 regarding this (Request #453215925). After this I have requested 2 more times (Request #4532161600) and still not getting positive response. Can anyone please look into this on priority basis. I have a Airtel Black Plan and in this Airtel say for customers that they have Relationship dedicated team for faster resolution. But unfortunately nothing happened. Awaiting for speedy resolution.
