Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope you are doing well.
I would like to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with my Airtel billing. Despite raising concerns with Airtel last month regarding incorrect charges, I have again received a bill reflecting the same errors.
I am using Airtel’s family plan, and the affected number is used on a basic keypad phone by my sister’s children, who may not fully understand how services are activated separately. Airtel has repeatedly added incorrect charges to this number.
I kindly request your support in resolving this matter and ensuring that the correct bill is issued. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
