I was charged 1680 Rs extra in the bill for the international call which I made on June 3rd 2022 but I had purchased the international tariff of 3999 rs valid from 31st May to 30th June 2022 which gives 500 min incoming and 500 min outgoing calls.
My billing cycle is 5th May to 4th June and paid 5317 rs bill. But this month I got a bill of 2457 rs and I was charged 1680 Rs for the which I made on 3rd June and during that time I had international roaming pack and I have not utilized even half of my outgoing calls but still they charged 1680rs.
I raised the complaint with Airtel a couple of times and called their customer care many ti,es but they are not providing any solutions to me, they just say team will back get back to you and solve your problem.
I am very irritated now and would like to file an official complaint against Airtel now.
