I filed a complaint after talking to 2 executives of AIRTEL who promised to waive off 2000 INR from 5671 bills as goodwill gesture but not reversing the whole billing as it was not requested and used. i was told on 26th and 27th April some net was used which may be due to phone on but no actual usage.
I am prepared to pay f i have used phone or requested activation but will not pay unless resolved and will request to deactivate all 3 numbers currently used of AIRTEL
