Text of Complaint by Sridam kumar mondal:

The complaint was regarding one airtel number 9830841849 which belongs to my father (sridam kumar mondal) who is a senior citizen and been running to airtel office for the last 2 months to get this issue resolved with no practical response.
The disputed bill was for the month of May when mr sridam has paid the entire bill of Rs 1178 . The cheque number is 484486 and i have attached a copy of his passbook fir reference. He paid it went to the airtel ofc @tollygunge phari marlin house and the payment made before due date. But to our surprise the connection was cut informing that there is an outstanding of Rs 398 .

When he went to the ofc to find out the reason, they said only Rs 780 is deposited and reason not known. Even , when I called up customer care find out that 2 amount deposited from this cheque snd which totals to 780 which is surprising.

Now i paid so that the connection was resumed. And from then he being continuously running to the airtel ofc who informed confirming the total cheque amount and said the extra amount will be adjusted. But this never happened.

I really need to know why we had to pay an extra amount of Rs 398 to resume his connection and why the total cheque amount has never reflected. If this is a system fault then why it has not been taken

care off.
