I have been using Airtel postpaid mobile services since ages. I was being charged for 2 data booster packs since 2015. I didn’t notice it since my bill was autodebited and reimbursed by my company.
As soon I noticed it, I complained about it and it got deactivated in Apr 2019. Again this month in May 2019, I was charged for the same booster packs. It’s really been frustrating to chase there customer care for same thing again and again.
Further they are cheating the customers and it’s really mentally harassing.
Looking forward to some intervention so they won’t repeat it.
