I have taken the 649/- plan of Airtel where I can add one family member which was on earlier plan. Now Airtel has been charging 649 plus additional plan 199/- on my added family number. I have raised concern multiple times which they resolve it temporarily and promised that it would be resolved in next billing cycle.
Now its been 4 months, I am still facing same issue and now they are saying the offer on 649/- has been stop. Now you need to pay 999/- to get another number added.
This is cheating where lack is from Airtel billing and now doesnt provide the offers as promised. Case id – 90493996 has been raised with Airtel to resolve it, still no resolution.
