Hello Airtel Team – So before i write something here , I did try to reach out to Airtel via 121 call service then email id and now sending mail here . No positive feedback anywhere.

I recently moved to Air-tel form Vodafone , Kindly provide me editable copy of bill/invoice and make below changes as per below in my Airtel account.

  • As I checked you have charged me Rs .250 activation charges which were never informed to me by the Airtel team and additionally there are two charges more 22.99 and 48.19 which I am not going to pay anymore. Kindly provide me with a discount on it.
  • Kindly map the tagging as per below so i will get any new bill with Mobile number 9028288744 instead of 9503218287.
  1. 9028288744 – Primary
  2. 9503218287 – Secondary
  • 9561028297 -Disconnect the number permanently.
  • Which Plan is active on my account .? and also i would need only two number as mentioned below with single plan with single invoice
