To whosoever,
With respect to Billing i am surprised to know they have charged the amount which was not used at all.
As per the customer care team ,they are telling i have used the services when i was in Nepal, which is not true.Unfortunately there was no services at all and i had not activated any services and was unable to dial any outgoing calls.
I have used the internet services by enabling wi-fi services of the hotel where i stayed .
Customer care team is not in a mood to listen and they are repeatedly asking me to pay the bill for which i have not used at all.They are completely unprofessional and poor service.
Request you to kindly help to get the same resolved on priority
