I have been cheated and fooled by airtel. they have sold me plan stating its rs749 for two numbers(family plan)and my bill came was 2000rs, moreover i have been filed complaint on their website twitter but no response, i received a call from Dev from social media team and he was looking into my issue and was supposed to call me back however i dint hear back from him too. airtel has been harassing me now for bills rather no one is working on my ussye,
