Hello,
My bill plan has been changes without my consent and i came to know about this after calling Airtel customer care. I was shocked to know this.
I requested the manager to rollback my plan to which he refused to do so and even encouraged me to discontinue Airtel (suggested porting). How can a senior customer care supervisor suggest me that.
FYI: I have been one of the oldest subscriber of Airtel and it is a slap on the face of loyalty.
I request you to consider rollbacking my plan as i cannot afford to pay fat bill.
