I had made a payment of Rs.683/- on 7th March 19, amount is debited from my account but Airtel team is not accepting the same. I have shared the bank statement, transaction ID and PU Transaction identifier-190307188770. Inspite of sharing all the details, they just copy and paste the same old message. Horrible service. My number 6364551444 is also suspended.
I had even mailed to Nodal officer and other officers but no solution.
