Refer my above bill and my allowed package wherein the accumulated internet data is in credit of 162 GB out of my previous billing months. It is surprising to me that this bill contains an internet usage of rs.259.65 ps. I don’t understand why I have to pay internet usage charges though my data balance GB is available to my credit. How can it be possible to use internet when no other data is available.
Please revert back the entire internet usage charges immediately to my account otherwise i can go to the court of law. please advise immediately..
