Dear Sir
This is to inform you that I am your valuable postpaid customer from last 6 years but unfortunately I have faced many issues from last 1 year. There is many blunders in my Bill for which I have talked so many times to your executive and even I have written the mail to nodal officer but all was vain I can provide you all the proof. And moreover my number is also Suspended kindly look out the matter as soon as possible and save me from unnecessary hurdles.
