I’m usingĀ broadband I have been billed for the services which I have not available at all during lockdown before that during February I had raised the issue that my net and landline was not working there was an issue reported by the service provider he told that there is no resource from my side to check a complaint post which there was the lock down and the service was not provided to me at all I have been will continuously by the battle for the the broadband services and I am not used 1kb of Airtel service request you to please look into the matter and resolve my issue
