HI,
I was having an airtel Fixed line with broadband connection (Fixedline number-08042197404 & Broadband ID-08081352294_kk) for which i had raised a termination request on 18th march with request ID 116509092. I had 3 followups with the customer care for closure of the connection & i was told that connection is terminated & as per the executive there will be no bill generated after 18th march. on 12th april 2020 i received a bill of 790.75 which was too much as per prorate basis.Even though i was not satisfied with the bill amount i still paid it without any second thought to settle the account.
i would like to know when connection was terminated on 18th march,on what basis a bill of 943/- is generated on 12th may 2020 & why a reminder set for the payment?
I am going through mental torture from their team even though i raised this billing concern with the nodal center with request ID 192558297.with this request ID ,i was told that they will call me & sort it out within 24hours.without calling me,they resolved the ticket. i have been trying to reach them in all way to talk & resolve.they are closing all my complaints without resolving them.they are just busy in sending reminder for the payment which i never used. I am helpless & don’t know how to proceed in this situation.please support.
