I’m highly disappointed with the world’s most pathetic services airtel is providing.
I got a call last month from airtel regarding bill issue and he calculated and confirmed that billing amount is incorrect and we need to make payment of 844,I paid 840 so 4 rs left .
I did paid ,reason for late payment is incorrect billing amount still I paid. Again this month I got incorrect amount of rs 928. My plan is 649 unlimited still 649+ 134 taxes (as per the executive called me) + 100 rs late charges + 4 rs from previous bill = 887 then why it is reflecting as 928 in the total bill ??
For 2 or more months airtel is doing bill forgery and making me pay 100 rs every time as late charges.
Now without giving me explanation ,neither with call back my services are stopped and I have to face inconvenience.
I would demand for a correction of bill and waving of the late charges as the bill is incorrect with immediate restoration of my services or I have to go through legal ways against this forgery of bill and misbehaviour and inconvenience caused to me as a customer.
Arrange for an explanation asap and restoration of services.
