Text of Complaint by Karthikeyan Sampath:

Airtel recently changed their due date from 18 days to 10 days without prior notice. There was no communication from Airtel of this change. When I contacted customer care they mentioned the communication is delayed due to technical issues. When asking for change of dates, they confirmed there is no option as such and this is the final block. Either pay by 28th of every month or pay penalty or disconnect the service. They are calling it as service and charge for everything.
