I’d asked an airtel employ to add data plan for a month and asked the same person to remove it in next month. She said she might forget and asked me to call and notify her as soon as I received my bill which I did. This month I’ve received and extra of Rs 300. I realized she hadn’t removed the data plan that I’d asked her to remove. I tried calling her regarding this and she never picked up. Once she picked up and said she’d enquire and get back to me which she never did. Today I had to pay the bill and I called her and texted her and realized she’s blocked me. I need to get my money back and strict action has to be taken against the staff.
