I have applied for a broadband connection from Airtel and have paid 4000rs for application and then technician came to my home and rejected to serve in our area and he said payment will be refunded in 7-10days and till now 3 August no refund no response nothing now please help me to resolve this
I have emailed all authority all customer support and called on 121 also nothing helpful
