Please check below mail chain my Airtel account installed on 15th March 2020 at 7pm i have used till 20th March 2020
Due to covid19 i am not used after 20th March , tried somany time’s to Airtel customer care no response i have sent mail on 28th March to disconnect the connection even router is off 20th to till date i have paid 2828 Rs on 15th March 2020
I have asked to Airtel to charge for 15th to 20th March 2020 and refund amount .
But I got mail it’s disconnected on 3rd may20 and they changed for that 1400+ remaining.
I have above details again to provide detailed information about charges
For refund there requested Bank account Details also i have sent twice
No response from Airtel customer service end please check and provide
