After collecting via Airtel Payment Application the fee for Fastag in August 2020, they delivered it in October end 2020. Till now the status in the Airtel Application Software isĀ stuck as “Shipped” ( see image uploaded ) repeated complaints on Customer number 400, emails to wecare@airtelbank.com, grievance.officer@airtelbank.com PNO@airtelbank.com yielded no response.
