Dear sir,
Kindly note that tomorrow I recharged my prepaid plan by rs 199/- on my mobile no.9662739108 and same amount deducted by Airtel bank but Airtel not given benefits of my recharge and so many tried talking with Airtel customer care no 121 but not reply good manners also I talked with Airtel bank customer representative but not received any satisfaction reply from them also they told go to nearest Airtel center.
If all problems solved by only nearest Airtel center than why Airtel advertising about Airtel thanks apps.at all sources and the same sources very long cunsumed time of customer at all.
So kindly to do needful in this matter.
