The worst customer care service I have ever experienced in my entire life! Airtel bank feature has been disable due to airtel’s data entry fault! Have waited for more than 10 days to get the money back in my bank account which is lying in airtel bank wallet! Have raised numerous complaints and concerns about general and data network issues but no joy! This is diabolical and frustrating! I am paying for something I cant use at all due to creepy network of airtel! I have more then 100GB leftover data because I couldn’t use it as I never get airtel signal! Complaints team called me and asked to wait for 72hrs every time! But no one comeback with the resolution! Airtel is damn proactive to apply late pmnt charges but so freaking lazy to resolve the query! My money is wasted and I lost faith in airtel! I have had decided to port my number to other service provided! Airtel called me instantly and asked not to share the docs for potability! I assured them I won’t if they resolve my airtel bank query and network issues I am facing! They never come back to me or may be they have! But as I said I don’t get signal airtel complaints Deptt. may not have been able to reached to me! (Funny, they also know better that’s its a network! still they call to know more about the reason behind the complaint) things are pretty evident to airtel as well! Airtel is unexpectedly worst! Another funny thing is the airtel bank # 400 never works! Will attaché the snap shot of the same how many times I called on that number! This is a small evident for reference! There is another airtel bank nunber wherein u will never reach the Cstmr care advisor! I have email to wecare**** email address they always send auto-generated email then they never get back to you! Cute people! dumb people airtel have got to serve their customers! Airtel do not care about network problem. Earlier they were eager but after Jio, it seems that none of them are willing to invest more. If cell site is removed for whatever reason, they are not keen to find alternate place immediately.
I had complained to Airtel when they started open network ad and was informed that they are aware of the issue and will take time. It is long process and may take 6 months. Again, I complained earlier and recently and same reply. So they are aware that issues are there but they are not willing to invest in improvement and let go customers if they want.
