Dear sir,
My unlimited pack end on 27 may 2019 night. And after that in morning my data connection is on in morning and Internet access in speed 10-20,kb and i easily receive and send WhatsApp messages. When i recharge my account balance amount of 100 then I get 100 rupees balance after this the company was not sent me any notification to deducting information of my account .
My question to cusmer care executives why they don’t give any notification when my balance deducate and why the Internet i use in morning when my net pack is end on night they don’t give me any answer of this problem they cheat customers very nicely.
I have the conversation between customer care executives and me but in this section there are no option of uploading the audio file.
