Text of Complaint by Ganesh Mane:

hi my name is ganesh  living in navi mumbai recently shifted to navi mumbai in my new home i faced issued of cellular network issue so i contacted to airtel gallery there the not provide me correct solution so i decided to port to jio which network is best in my home

the day when i send mail to port i received 1 call from airtel customer care that person told me to cancel my port request and the will provide me network coverage in my home i am using airtel last 15 years only airtel sim so i trust that person and cancel port but still i did not received airtel network  in my home

in this lockdown period 2 days i did not receive signal my money and time is wasted and now i know that it will take 8 days to port in jio because of cancellation in lockdown period it is difficult in home to work without your number  and i have to face 10 days of mental harassment

be aware of this persons the lie you about not port and lie about solution

after so many years of airtel service i despoint because of this lie
