I am very disappointed by your service, i am using your connection for a very long time and also bought two sim cards with the same connection for my family member also. I recently shifted to chattarpur enclave phase2,Delhi -110074. The issue I am facing
is there is no network in the whole area. I have to go 3km away from my house to make calls and use the internet.
i littlely frustrated by telling the same issue to your customer care but still there is no solution. My neighbour suggested that I use a jio connection instead of airtel but my question is for you guys why your service is not in this area. Your customer
team told me to wait till 18th feb 2022, my job is currently running from home, how will i be able to do office work till 18th feb. But today is 18th feb still i am facing the same issue i called customer care also they are saying i have to wait they dont know how much months or years it will take.
Very poor Airtel ..I guess I’ll brake Airtel sim
