I visited VEERA Desai branch couple of days back, what I noticed that your so called relationship manager is not having proper knowledge, and trying to procastinate the things,  same day I visited Vodafone, there services are fabulous comparison to Airtel, sorry to say that.

I want to attach ECS for my mobile number, but they don’t have forms, and I have to call several time to get form, after submitting form, after 10days I got call from Alok& Dhiraj(RM) that it’s not done.

Must say Airtel service day by day ruined.
