I took an Airtel broadband connection in the month of May 2021. It was a pack for 6 months for Rs 6541. I moved from there and after the end of 6 months, they auto-renewed the pack and billed me Rs. 871. I clearly mentioned to the first person who called asking to renew the pack, to cancel the connection. He confirmed and cut the call. Now I keep receiving continuous calls from Airtel regarding the same bill.
Now few days back someone from their side called regarding the same thing, when I told him not to call and that I had already spoken to someone regarding cancelling the connection, he says that you have to submit an email for that which no one prior to him mentioned and nor was I was told by anyone that they would be auto-renewing the pack without my permission.
