I took airtel broadband connection in the month of may this year. It was a pack of 3months for Rs. 2828. I moved from there and after the end of 3months, they auto-renewed the pack and billed me Rs. 871. The first guy who called me asking to renew the pack, I told him to cancel the connection, he said ok and disconnected the call. Now I keep receiving continuous calls from airtel regarding the same bill. I am getting so irritated by this. Now few days back someone from there side called regarding the same thing, when i told him not to call and that i had already spoken to someone regarding cancelling the connection, he says that you have to submit an email for that which no one prior to him mentioned and nor i was told by anyone that they will be auto-renewing the pack without my permission.
