Text of Complaint by K Raghunath Reddy:

I have annual unlimited data and talk time for making local and STD calls all over India. Yet, I’m being asked to recharge. I tried calling, but they are not giving any option to speak with customer care, they simply registering a complaint, god knows when they will call and explain or resolve the problem. I anyway, went ahead and tried to do topup recharge for a small amount to check if that resolves the problem. Yet, the recharge itself is showing will take atleast an hour. I was in urgent need of speaking to SBI Cards related to a failed transaction on the credit card on SBI Customer care no. 1860 180 1290. But, I’m unable to call that number even though I’ve more than 100 days left for my plan to expire and also recharged again yet unable to make the call immediately as is my necessity. Uploaded image shows the message I received from Airtel saying I need not worry, money is safe and they will notify when there is an update. Open ended, with no seriousness about their failure to extend the service even after customer has full plan in activation and yet another recharge also is in limbo.
