I shifted my house two months ago and got the DTH deinstalled from my previous house. Even after multiple requests the DTH has not been reinstalled in my new house due to some discrepancy in the process where there are common dishes for a society.
However, even if the DTH is not installed, Airtel.is asking me to pay for two months amount which is 2600+ rupees. Since it’s a combined plan, I am unable to make payments for my postpaid number and wifi too. They are not allowing me to make payment for the services I used unless I also pay extra for the DTH. Due to this they have suspended my postpaid number and my wifi. So I am unable to use a phone or work from home now.
