I pay my bills regularly and in time for my family plan which has 4 numbers. Airtel has been pestering me with additional bills every month and they have told me that this is happening because of a CRM migration they have made. Every month has become a nightmare for me convincing them that I have payed the required bill and after lots of discussion they realise their fault and then they say they have corrected it and it will not happen again. However the same cycle continues the next month again. Even this month I made my payment for the family plan for Rs. 1,194.49 on 1st May 2019. I had escalated the issue to apellate and nodal officers and they have not been of any help. I have lost many manhours of productive work earlier as they had also disconnected my connection I still get dues pending and today is the last day. Attaching a screenshot of my payment made. I have to send proofs of payment to them as they keep insisting for more payments even I have made my due payment. By the time they understand I have already lost my precious productivity time.
