I AM VINOD KUMAR WORKING IN OMAN AND USING SIM CARDS ON MY ID WHICH ISSUED BY AIRTEL BEFORE 5 YEARS BUT NOW AIRTEL ASKING FOR REVERIFICATION OF ID PROOF AND THEY DEACTIVATED MY ALL NOS. AFTER SENDING EMAIL AND REMINDERS TO AIRTEL FOR ASKING THE REASON BUT THEY DID NOT REPLIED OF EMAIL. AIRTEL CARE COMMITING THAT THEY WILL REPLY OUR EMAIL WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT MORE THAN 6 DAYS OVER. NOW MY ALL SIM CARDS ARE DEACTIVATED AND I AM NOT ABLE TO ACCES MY ANY BANKING SERVICES.
