We have using Airtel broadband connection, last month we got some technical issues and i raised a complaint but from Airtel side they are not even responding then after 1 week they came and fix the problem, again this month I got same internet problem and i raised a complaint from mugappair west Airtel show room but they are customer handling is very pathetic and poor they are committing me that we have fix your internet connection with in 1 hr 2 hrs like but half day gone no one is coming and don’t fix connection problem….
I finally says that Airtel customer care service facility members and airtel area managers are deworst persons I have ever seen and last 2 month I experienced that…..
