I was trying to buy data 50 naira data actually and then that place where they would ask you what happened when it gets exhausted and I mistakenly pressed auto renew and I thought maybe when it fails just like MTN it would ask again before renewing, just for Me to start seeing payu rubbish rubbish or something 128.87 has been deducted from your account ,I was really shocked because I wasn’t even doing anything that uses data then and it kept on coming like that and when ever I tried to stop it ,by sending stop to 141 ,it wouldn’t get a reply and it kept going like that and so in 2 hours my 344 naira was gone but I bought another 100 naira credit thinking after pressing that 440? And pressing stop ,it will automatically deactivate payu but it didn’t ,it W’s so frustrating because I’m still a student and God knows I was so a angry that I was crying ,but my friend who told me airtel is a scam told me call your customer service that you guys usually refund,which wasn’t even helpful in the least way ,I called 121 and they said invalid number ,invalid you guys continue this way ,people will soon stop using your line if not for fast connection ,glo has more doper and better deals than you even MTN, invalid not for the fact that my glo dim was stolen ,invalid would never have used this stupid sim .
