i have paid 3500 rs extra for xtreme set top box to bharti airtel . from last 1 month and 15 days they were unable to provide the uninterrupted services for which i have paid to them because of this reason i want to disconnect the connection. company wants to take away the set top box from my place and denying to return the 3500 Rs which i have paid for the xtreme set top box.
